Strong Viking is not about winning but about pushing your limits and overcoming obstacles together! To also introduce less experienced athletes to Strong Viking, we have created the 4 km run. This challenge consists of not too difficult obstacles and is the perfect obstacle run for beginners (12 years and older).
You do not have to be able to run in one piece during the 4 km run to cross the finish line: in fact, there are so many fun obstacles that you will encounter along the way! The obstacles on this course have been carefully selected for this distance. Above all, they are a lot of fun and focused on cooperation!
