For payment processing and handling registrations, Strong Viking uses Paylogic. Your data, such as name, address, and payment information, will be shared with Paylogic for the following purposes:

  • Processing payments and administrative handling of registrations.
  • Sending payment confirmations and additional event information.

Paylogic complies with applicable privacy laws and takes technical and organizational measures to securely process and store your data.

Rights when processing by third parties
If you have any questions about how your data is processed by Paylogic or want to exercise your rights, you can contact both Strong Viking and Paylogic. This includes:

  • Rectification of data if it is incorrect.
  • Deletion of data if you wish.

Other third parties

The participant has the right to object to data sharing with third parties at any time. This can be done free of charge in writing or by email. If you express your objection, the processing of your data by third parties will be stopped.

Our events and services are generally aimed at participants aged 16 and older. If you are under 16, parental or guardian consent is required for participation in an event and for the processing of your personal data. By registering for an event, you declare that you are 16 years or older, or that a parent or guardian has given consent on your behalf.

If Strong Viking discovers that personal data of a minor has been processed without parental or guardian consent, we will remove this data. In such cases, please contact us at info@strongviking.com.
