The Lightning 7 km is the ultimate introduction to obstacle runs and even more fun if you do it together with friends, family or colleagues. Are you ready?

It’s essential to be well-prepared at the start line! For the 7 km run at Strong Viking, you don’t need to be able to run 7 km nonstop. That’s why we haven’t created a standard 7 km running plan, but a special obstacle run training plan! This will ensure you are properly prepared, so you’re fully ready for your next Strong Viking adventure.
