This distance is ideal for beginners and athletes who train occasionally. You will be presented with the perfect mix of mud, climbing and fun obstacles without having to be a top athlete. The Lightning 7 km is the ultimate introduction to obstacle runs and even more fun if you do it together with friends, family or colleagues. Are you ready?

The 7 km run is the ultimate blend of challenge and fun! You can push yourself hard without overdoing it, while at the same time fully enjoying the energy, atmosphere and teamwork around you. It’s a great opportunity to test yourself on obstacles that test both your endurance and strength!

It’s essential to be well-prepared at the start line! For the 7 km run at Strong Viking, you don’t need to be able to run 7 km nonstop. That’s why we haven’t created a standard 7 km running plan, but a special obstacle run training plan! This will ensure you are properly prepared, so you’re fully ready for your next Strong Viking adventure.
