TRAINING PLANS
4 km:
Beginning
During the 4 km Beginning Run, you won’t face extremely heavy or technical obstacles. The focus is mostly on fun! Still, it’s smart to prepare yourself well!
7 km:
Lightning
Get ready for fun obstacles and plenty of climbing, where extreme strength or peak fitness isn’t required yet. Download the 6-week training plan now!
13 km:
Warrior
For true Warriors: 13 km! In addition to physical obstacles where technique can be key, you’ll also face mental challenges that you need to conquer!
19 km:
Beast
Are you ready to push your limits? Then the Beast 19 km is perfect for you. This challenging obstacle run is specially designed for advanced athletes.
HYBRID TRAINING
Want to get stronger and run better? With the Hybrid Training plan, you combine running and gym workouts to build strength, stability, and endurance!
Why training for an obstacle run is important
