Dear Vikings,
Thank you for all the compassionate responses over the past period. It has been a tough period for us as event organisation, with no income in ticket sales during 1,5 years. We are pleased to see that many of you have already taken advantage of the options we offer to convert the tickets from 2020 to 2021! In addition, it is nice to see how many of you also continue to participate during the Virtual Editions and V-Test, to have a concrete goal to train towards in Corona times. This way you will stay in ultimate shape for our LIVE editions and at the same time ensure that you are less susceptible to the virus.
All tickets from participants from 2020, who have not taken any action following our mail from September 16, 2020, will automatically be converted to a 100% ticketvoucher for one of the editions in 2021. This voucher can be used for one of the LIVE editions, Virtual Editions and / or add-on products in our Paylogic webshop in 2021. After this period, this voucher will be suspended.
The barcode of the old ticket has been converted into a voucher, you can enter this when ordering your new ticket. Please note that you can only enter one barcode per order. So please order the new tickets separately.
Requesting a refund for tickets from the past is possible from February 2021 and is possible until May 10, 2021. After this date, requesting a refund is no longer possible and your ticket money can only be used by means of the voucher for the above listed options.

If you buy a cheaper ticket than your previous ticket, you will receive a new credit code by email after completing the process. The value of the new credit is also described in this mail.
Yes. You have to enter the barcode of a ticket to activate the ticket money. Each ticket has a unique barcode, so you can enter your choice for each ticket individually.
The mail was sent on Thursday 11-02-2021 by info@strongviking.com/info@strongviking.de. Maybe it ended up in your spambox. If this is not the case send an email to info@strongviking.com and we will send you the mail again.
Your parking ticket remains valid for an edition of your choice in 2021. Once the barcode has been scanned the validity will expire. So you can use it once in 2021.
The insurance for your ticket will remain valid for your new ticket in 2021. It is linked to your order number and will therefore automatically go with you to your new 2021 ticket.
You can use 100% of your ticket money. Any service, insurance and/or payment costs are not included and may result in a small additional payment to activate your ticket.
You received an e-mail from us with the information about the possibilities for your ticket money. You can use the ticket money for 100% for one of the following editions by using your barcode.

Unfortunately large-scale events can only take place from summer onwards. All the editions have been moved to the second half of 2021. If you already bought a new ticket for 2021 then you have received an e-mail about your ticket. You can download your new ticket in your account.
