We will send out the personal voucher for a future Strong Viking event as soon as possible. Given the new announced measures and the quick developments around the Corona Virus, we are waiting till it is clear when major public events can take place again. We ask you to be patient in this extraordinary situation. As soon as we have more clarity in this situation we will of course immediately inform all our participants.
Did you sign up for the Trail Run in Balen from 14-03-2020? Then you have already received a second mail with the confirmation that you are registered for the new Trail Run Balen date at the 31st of October 2020.
Your World Pass 2020 will stay valid till the Hills Edition 2021, so you can use your World Pass for the same amount of events as you could when you bought the World Pass in the first place.
Since the new measures and further developments around the Corona Virus are still unsure for the future, we are not sending out the vouchers right now. We want to prevent our participants to activate their voucher for an event that we might have to cancel in the future. As soon as we receive clarity about when major public events can take place again, we will send the vouchers to all our participants. When we have more clarity in this situation we will of course immediately inform our all participants via e-mail, our website and social media channels.
All events taking place after 11th
of May will still take place for now. Of course, we are keeping a close eye on all the developments and new measures from the RIVM and are in close contact with other involved institutions. In case something changes towards the current situation, we will of course inform our participants as soon as possible.
Your voucher will be valid for all Strong Viking Editions in the Netherlands and Belgium. With this voucher you can get a ticket for an edition of your choice, for the same distance as your original ticket.
The exact information about how and when you can use your voucher will be in the mail with the voucher, that you will receive as soon as possible.
Your voucher is valid till one year after the date of the event you would originally participate in. So you can still participate in the same event, just one year later. If you can’t wait and you want to use your voucher for an earlier edition that is of course also possible. The exact information about how and when you can use your voucher will be in the mail with the voucher that you will receive as soon as possible.
A ticket for the Trail Run does not standard include a finisher shirt. Did you buy the optional finisher shirt with your ticket? Then the e-ticket of the finisher shirt will remain valid for the new Trail Run in Balen at the 31st of October. You don’t have to do anything for this, bring the e-ticket to this edition and you can receive your shirt here directly after the run.
Unfortunately, the Strong Viking Lab, just like all sports clubs, is closed until 6th of April. Given the measures communicated at 15th of March 2020 all sports clubs have to close their doors, also the Viking Lab.
