There is no mud like Strong Viking mud! Make sure your shoes are tightened, you will need it! Mud Edition 10th of March 2018, Fürstenau bei Osnabrück!
Aside from the many unique and spectacular obstacles, you will also have to face lots of MUD! The Strong Viking Mud Edition takes place in the beautiful forested area of an ex-military training ground in Fürstenau, near Osnabruck. You can choose between the 7-kilometer, 13-kilometer or the 19-kilometer trail. Gather your friends, start training and set your first challenge for 2018! Oorah!

Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.
Yes! During the run there are a number of refreshments posts with water and Herbalife Nutrition drinks and power bars. Click here to see the products/ingredients. In addition, there is also a Red Bull Energypoint where you can enjoy Red Bull mixed with water to provide you with extra energy to complete the course.
For Iron Vikings there is the possibility to leave your own extra nutrition at a designated spot on the track.
After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
Yes, every participant receives a number on a wristband with which he/she can drop-off their bag in a guarded baggage room.* There are no lockers on site! Make sure you bring a bag for your belongings, at the checkroom they only accept bags and no loose items!
Be advised, only 1 bag allowed per participant!
*Leaving your bag is always at your own risk.
Yes, there are separate changing rooms for men and women at the event.
