NEW: The Strong Viking 4-Days challenge! Cover as many kilometres as possible by walking, running and/or by bike. The 4-Days challenge is a combination of all sporting events that will not take place this summer!
Strong Viking's mission is to make people physically and mentally stronger, so we also focus this new challenge on all (sportive) target and age groups who never ran a Strong Viking event/distance before. Choose your challenge: walking, running, cycling etc. it does not matter! As long as you set your own challenge and dare to challenge yourself at your level!
Completing the Strong Viking 4-Days Challenge will be rewarded with 2 medals and counts for 4 points for the Medals-for-LIFE, but best of all: Everyone can start collecting their medals from now on. Do you have parents who would walk marches this year that are now being postponed, colleagues with whom you would climb the Alpe d'HuZes by bike and/or a friend with whom you would run the Strong Viking Water Edition? From Thursday 23 to 26 July you can still reach your goal during the Strong Viking 4-days challenge! Together we will go for as many kilometers as possible in July, during this unique sporty challenge! From old to young, each at his own level, together for a physically and mentally stronger society!
Whatever your challenge is, as long as you make kilometres for four days and send them to us, you will receive your well-deserved finisher shirt and medals afterwards. Gather your family members, colleagues, friends and/or neighbours! Create a group and combine your mileage and/or run individually. Together with thousands of Vikings we will take on the challenge and who knows, maybe your grandfather and -mother will be showing off his or her well-deserved finisher shirt in the living room at the end of July, an image you will never forget!

Levels
The number of kilometers you make in a day determines your level/score of that specific day! At the end of the ride, all scores/levels are added together and you get a grand total! How many kilometers or what level do you want to achieve?
FAQ
Yes, both options are possible. You decide for yourself how you want to collect your kilometers. With the Multiticket, you can choose all three options or just two of them. It's up to you.
No, everybody decides their own distance and sets their own goals. It’s up to you to motivate yourself to achieve the best distance for yourself! Click here to see all the levels.
During the Virtual Editions you can choose between a 'Basic' and/or a 'Premium' ticket. Both tickets count towards the Medal-for-LIFE system! However, when purchasing a Premium ticket you will also receive an official Strong Viking Finisher T-shirt afterwards!
IMPORTANT! THINK ABOUT SAFETY!
- Participate individually and/or at most with one friend, but always keep 1.5 meters distance from each other!
- Avoid busy areas such as forests and recreation areas, plan your own route and start from the front door of your house!
- Take others into account and only pass if the 1.5 meter rule stays secured!
- Don't push yourself to your limit. This will temporarily weakens your resistance!
- Always adhere to the regulations that apply in your country / region!
