A new year, a new season of obstacle running! Start the obstacle season together with us, during the Strong Viking Mud Edition in the former military training ground of Fürstenau, near Osnabrück. In addition to the many unique, new and spectacular obstacles, you will also have to deal with a lot of MUD during the course! Make your choice between a 4, 7, 13, 19 or 42 km track. The Strong Viking Mud Edition is the best Obstacle & Mud run in Germany! Make sure you are well prepared for deep trenches, long mud creeps and huge lots of mud obstacles! Oorah!

When purchasing a ticket we offer the option to buy cancellation insurance. This insurance is carried out by a third party. You can make a request to cancel your ticket by CLICKING HERE.
If you have not purchased cancellation insurance we cannot cancel/refund your ticket. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person. The ticket transfer can be done up to 3 days prior to the event. Click here.

Each start wave is named after a Viking god/goddess or king and has a different start time. This is to let you know at what time you must begin. Start waves also have varying distances between 42, 19, 13 or 7km.
For the Family Editions startwaves are designated by color according to their start time and vary in distance between 3 and 5km
Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.
No, every obstacle has a ‘walk by’. You define your own limits/capabilities. “Strong Viking is not a Race, it’s a challenge!”
