John West meal tip: Whole grain pasta with Anchovies and Tuna
Sport is not only about exercise, but also about healthy food! After a sportive day it is important to eat well. With this pasta from Sportchef Erik you can enjoy a hearty meal without worry and give your body the right nutrients to recover.
4 pieces Anchovy fillets in Olive oil (50g), in fine pieces
1 can of Tuna in Olive oil (145g)
150 grams of whole grain penne
5 ml of olive oil
60 grams of onion, cut into pieces
2 cloves of garlic, very finely chopped
300 grams of zucchini, cut into strips
2 fresh tomatoes, in large pieces
30 grams of arugula lettuce
2 branches fresh basil, finely picked / sliced
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water for about 8 minutes and then drain.
Heat a wok pan with olive oil and fry the onion, garlic and zucchini for 3 minutes.
Then add the tomato and anchovy and fry for 1 minute.
Finally add the tuna, pasta, arugula and basil and mix well.
Serve the pasta on a plate and bon appetit!
