Recipe: Rebuild Strength Overnight Oats
This breakfast is ideal when you have had a hard workout in the evening. With this delicious Rebuild Strength recipe you can recover optimally the next morning while enjoying a delicious and nutritious breakfast.

This is what you need (1 person):
- 5 measuring spoons (50 g) H24 Rebuild Strength
- 1 banana
- 75 g full yoghurt
- 250 ml alond milk
- 100 g oatmeal
- 1 hand fruits for garnish
Recipe:
Put all ingredients except the oatmeal in a blender and mix until smooth. Put the oats in a large glass or empty jar and pour the mixture from the blender over it. Mix everything together and leave in the fridge for 1 night. Add some fresh fruit in the morning and enjoy!
