Björn Borg enters into 2-year partnership with Strong Viking
Amsterdam, 12 December - As of 1 January 2019, Swedish sports fashion brand Björn Borg will join forces with Strong Viking, Europe’s largest Obstacle Run organiser. The sports brands will enter into a 2-year collaboration (2019/2020) starting in the new year, which will be implemented in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. This makes Björn Borg one of the main sponsors of Strong Viking. Apart from creating a joint sport fashion collection, Björn Borg will dress up two obstacles for each run and the brand will be implementing various activities during the events. The Björn Borg/Strong Viking collection, consisting of a performance apparel and sportswear line, will be revealed on 9 March through various Strong Viking channels. They will be available at sports shops in multiple countries.
It is no coincidence that Björn Borg and Strong Viking have found each other. Apart from their shared Scandinavian roots, the core values and ambitions of both brands are aligned: inspiring people to bring out the best in themselves. In addition, Björn Borg wants this collaboration to demonstrate that their sports collection maintains its quality regardless of the circumstances.
